If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

I go through about 1 toner every month and Shop4tech always ship them in timely fashion and the product works great.

The package was received in sealed condition, while the toner itself was obviously a recycled unit. It is ok even if the toner is scratched physically, but it is annoying to see the dirt all over on the printout.
