- Why must we verify your billing and shipping address before shipping
In order to safeguard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card and list your shipping address as an alternate address in their memo field. We will call them and verify the address.

(Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process as we must wait for the funds to clear. This includes Cashier's Checks, as there are instances of fraudulent Cashier's Checks floating around. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do not currently accept International Credit Cards.
- Is my payment information secure on the website?
When you are placing an order on the
Internet, security is a number one priority. All online transactions are sent
through our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the
information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will
process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the
highest level of security.
- What states are required to pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to California. Out of state orders, or government purchases in California are exempt.
- I am a tax exempt government employee. How do I place an order with
PLC Multimedia Inc. that will have no tax applied?

- How can my credit/debit card be declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?
A credit card can be declined due to an invalid credit card number, expiration date, security code, insufficient funds, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly. Please contact your credit card company for more information.
- Does PLC Multimedia Inc. know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?
The automated system we use does credit card charges instantly upon placing the order. Should a credit card be declined, we are not given a reason as to why. Only that it is declined. Please verify you have given us the correct credit card information. If you still experience problems, please contact your Credit Card Company or bank for more information.
Does PLC Multimedia Inc. know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks. Money orders and cashiers checks can be made out to
PLC Multimedia Inc. and remitted to the address below. If you are paying with a money order, or a cashiers check, orders must be mailed in for processing. Orders will not ship until the payment has been received and the funds have cleared our account.
