	We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

Track my package

We will update your orders with a tracking number via a valid email from your account. We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

Great product the best thing from it is that you don't have to hold the microphone so its really easy to talk to your friends and family! A great webcam to buy because its cheap and great. Make sure you get coupon codes from: http://www.retailmenot.com/view/shop4tech.com

Work perfectly after initial installation. One minor issue, is the webcam doesn't look attractive. Oh well, as long as people can see me. LOL

I got this webcam last week but the CD driver that came with it is un-usable/ or corrupted. So there's no way that I can install the USB driver for this webcam. I just hope that they will have a site that I can download the driver immediately and don't have to wait for them to send me the correct and usable CD driver, which I don't know as to when they are going to do that?

This is a very good camera for the price. it has good picture quality and the built in microphone does good. Would recommend as a secondary camera for those business trips or for the kids!

Excellent product and we got this with an excellent price at Shop4tech. Thi video quality is indeed a quality and the built-in mic is a plus. The software runs in less than a minute and is so much easy to use. RECOMMENDED!
