• Product must be returned to manufacturer within 30 days from the original invoice date.
• Products returned within 15-days are eligible for a complete 100% refund. Products returned between 15 and 30 days are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
• After 30 days there are no returns on any items and warranty repair or replacement will apply on defective items
• If the product is determined by Netzeye Technician to be non-defective are subject 25% restocking fees enforced by manufacturer. Examples include incompability, changed mind, tested good and ordered wrong item.
• The restocking fee will not be charged if the return is certified as defective by Netzeye Technician or if the return is the result of a shipping error on our part.

• Limited warranty for 12 months for parts and labor thru manufacture.
• Return for refund and replacement must:
  1. Netzeye will issue their own return number and they must receive it within 2 weeks after they are issued.
  2. All returns must be shipped in original Netzeye carton and are subject to inspection to ensure that all components are included within good condition. Good condition constitutes: No permanent markings, scratch, missing in original packaging. A minimum fee of 25% will apply for reboxing only.
  3. Any physical damage and warranty seal is broken, power box if burnt out from inside will be refused by Netzeye.
  4. Due of manufacture policy, customer is solely responsible for shipping back to Netzeye and Netzeye will pay the shipping back to customer.
