I bought two of these a few months ago. So far one has had a problem with the cable. The cable is flemsy. I may be able to repair it. It is sturdy enough to use on your lap. The air flow is directed through the cooler via the back. This is nice so you can have it on a flat surface. The kids can sit on the floor and the carpet will not get in the way of the air flow. I have a more expensive cooler that requires you to elevate the rear as the fans blow through from the bottom. So I cannot use that one as easily on my lap. Please note the size if you have a large laptop, this would not be the best choice. I have a 16in Toshiba that dwarfs this cooler. I rated a 4 because of the cable. I would give it a 5 for the price.

I received the pack but there's no usb plug inside. Is this normal? Where can I find the usb plug to use?

Delivered just fine. Not very high quality construction compared to laptop coolers 3-4x the price, but what do you expect... Thought the speed of the fans would be greater than they are, consequently I've had second thoughts about my purchase (bought two for home schooling kids). They work sufficiently well, but no more. Contrary to the previous reviewer's description ("blowing air to the bottom of my Toshiba"), the fans do not blow air up against the laptop, but instead they draw air in away from the laptop: This was misleading to me as my Compaq laptops have fans that draw air in and so I wanted a laptop cooler that would help with that direction of air flow - if that had been true. Too bad someone doesn't market these laptop coolers with an official manufacturer's description of direction of air flow OR even with reversible air flow capability so the coolers can work to their best potential with any laptop - I WOULD BUY THAT LAPTOP COOLER!

It's working quite well, blowing air to the bottom of my Toshiba. It's cheap and the delivery is very fast. Highly recommend it.
