	We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.

Track my package

We will update your orders with a tracking number via a valid email from your account. We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
To track your order, please use the UPS tracking number e-mailed to you with your shipping confirmation or you can simply login your account and click on your order status. Our system updates tracking information every evening.

Great solution for storing big quantities of CDs, DVDs etc. Quite sturdy construction able to withstand standard hits and scratches, but not too many and not for too long. No wheels for easy carrying when full (that would cost more, but similar case is available). Sleeves tend to come loose during packing/shipping (who knows?) and it is a significant hassle to sort them back together. Praise to a very fast shipping (with no charges!).

I received the box on 2/9/09 after ordering the unit on 1/30/09. So to start have to say Shop4Tech has a little slow shipping dept. Also I think they should figure out a different way to store the sleeves while in shipment, maybe a box or something. 2 of the plastic bags that holds the sleeves opened during shipping and it was a bit of a pain to reorganize the sleeves. Also I have purchased a similar box from someone else a year or so before and the sleeves that Shop4Tech uses are of poor quality they are very thin and most of them have little bits of plastic hanging off them which have to be removed in order to use the product properly Just my 2 cents....

We received the 1000 capacity case last month. At the time, we had three large DVD containers(wooden). wE were able to do away with them and organize all of our movies with easy access. This was the best choice of storing movies we have ever made. I highly recommend this product. We have dealt with Shop4Tech for several years, and have always been well pleased with their service.
