USB2.0 TV Box is the newest TV receiving and video capturing device designed for Notebook and PCs. It is an external TV/video receiving box with the smart and fashion designed outside and powerful function inside. It can make your computer a mobile TV station and enable you to enjoy wonderful TV programs anytime and anywhere.
This USB 2.0 TV capture boxes, provides a video capture solution for notebook PCs. This captures video 704 x 480 (NTSC) resolutions, creating high quality video that can be stored on a PC hard disk via USB 2.0/1.1. Users can watch video on the PC, while also capturing video to the hard disk drive of their notebook PC.
It also captures stereo audio at 16bits, and at a 24KHz or 48KHz sampling rate. With its A/V synchronization feature, this captures video and audio at the same time. A professional "snap shot" function is also provided, specially, in order to capture 704 x 480 still images from a video source.
With other user-friendly application programs, the captured bit stream can be transferred very easily to standard formats, such as MPEG1, MPEG2 and MPEG4 video, for editing and CD burning applications.
This USB 2.0 TV capture boxes also features a TV/Video Scheduled Recording Function. It also offers users a simple MPEG video editing program that incorporates a powerful encoding /decoding engine with a smart merge process for fast operation. Users can then create home video and record that video, and also TV shows, onto VCD using the this USB 2.0 TV Tuner capture boxes.

We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped.

The TV turn is nice but there is no cable come with it. Also, the manual is too simple. Overall the quality is acceptable for the price.

Just bought one of these. Works great for the price. I was a little concerned after seeing some of the reviews for cheaper usb tv tuners. It works better than I expected. The video quality is not awesome but it does a pretty good job. You can adjust the brightness/contrast to make things look better. Recording worked fine. Great item for anyone with a budget. It took me a minute to figure out that you had to right click in the video box to find all the options in WinDVR. The only reasons I didn't give this item a five is the video quality isn't flawless and the A/V cables didn't come with it. But if you are buying one hopefully you already know you aren't going to get HD quality, but for the price you can't really complain.
