	We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

UPS and USPS will not deliver to PO boxes.

We do not offer Saturday shipping.
Shipping to Canada may take up to 3 weeks and you are responsible for any customs or duties that may be applied.

Track my package

We will update your orders with a tracking number via a valid email from your account. We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
To track your order, please use the UPS tracking number e-mailed to you with your shipping confirmation or you can simply login your account and click on your order status. Our system updates tracking information every evening.

Orders arriving late

We do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives on time and without any damage. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

Errors in shipping and billing addresses or delivery instructions.
Account information and credit card verification.

I used to buy these 3 at a time. I used them for DVD storage. But recently they have changed them and these are junk. The last time I ordered 3 just alike and all 3 were different when I received them. I called and they said that's all they had. I asked why I received 3 that were all different when I ordered 3 just alike. They didn't have an answer. They refunded them back to me. I'm dissappointed that they have changed these.

Ordered a couple of days before Cmas and rec'd today. Not a gift so I wasn't in a hurry but was extremely pleased the item shipped within 24 hours of ordering. This was my first order with Shop4Tech and the first wallet ever purchased. Very pleased. Well constructed for the price - nice handle and overall looks are excellent. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because I would have preferred the cloth backing in the disk holders. I'm ordering another when I finish this.

well the outside and construction overall is high quality. the inside sleeves look like any others, however the cloth inside the sleeves dont seem as soft as others. after putting my collection of cd/dvds I noticed that putting in and taking out the cd, they get lightly scratched from the cloth. its not extreme where your dvd is going to skip and such, but for someone who is very picky about scratches on their collection, I didnt like that.

ok guys i ordered mine on sept. 30 and its oct. 10, still hasnt arrived i think when they said the "7-14" days for delivery i think they meant "14" i can complain about the price but the shipping is horrible...to s4t the products are still great just gotta in a competition with all the other online electronics stores, (newegg,tigerdirect,bestbuy...etc) you cant compare with the shipping....just that shop4tech needs to REALLY REALLY work on shipping

This is a great CD Wallet. Perfect for storing CDs or DVDs. I Purchase 2 of this item and was "kinda" satisfied with the product. Some of the plastic cover that covers the cd was kinda bent when I received it. Everything else looks fine. Overall, I would give this item a 5 of 5 if the plastic cover was not bent. Addition, I'm please with Shop4Tech shipping method and pricing. Would do business with them again.
