	We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

Track my package

We will update your orders with a tracking number via a valid email from your account. We e-mail tracking numbers on all orders usually within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
To track your order, please use the UPS tracking number e-mailed to you with your shipping confirmation or you can simply login your account and click on your order status. Our system updates tracking information every evening.

Orders arriving late

We do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives on time and without any damage. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

Errors in shipping and billing addresses or delivery instructions.

Are you ever going to make extra sleeves for this item and the smaller 120? I could easily get 10 extra sleeves in both sizes without crushing the contents. This is a great item that could be made even better. Thanks

When I first received this in the mail I was disappointed. The whole thing was much lighter than I expected and it was made of plastic. I didn't think it was going to be durable at all. However I ended up pleasantly surprised. The case is light, but for good reason. As you fill it up with DVDs/CDs it becomes heavy fairly fast. The whole case seems very sturdy. I've stepped on it, dropped it and bumped into more times than I can count and it's still in perfect condition. Highlights! - The sleeves are fixed inside. This means no removing or adding them. - The internal ring binder works very well. It doesn't stretch or warp the CD sleeves and is much better than any CD binder I've owned. - It's very durable. The latches still work as if they were brand new (I've had it for a year now), the handle feels very solid and the case overall is great. I'm going to purchase another one soon... the one I have is almost full!

this item is a must to own, very elligant and worth the money to pay for it, in fact i"m buying another one, hipce keep up the good work and make more, but we need sleeves for this product and for the 120 that you made, help! we want to get more for each one othese products. thank you, joann
