Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box. All returns MUST be in the original box in which they came and have the original UPC codes on the box. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise pre-approved by our return department.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Track my package

I've purchased a 3 pack of these remanufactured cartidges and i am very pleased. I was custom to the refill systems that are out rirght now, but i got fed up with ink not filling all the way, ink leaking out all over the place after i filled it, or the cartridge printing missing patterns. I got to tell you, for the savings over the original lexmark cartridges, this one works just as well as them. I just opened and installed my second cartridge yesterday and again no probleem. I also just purchased the color 26 3 pk also and i am hoping to have the same luck with them. Its worht not having the hassel to refill it ur self, and i still save money from retail prices, a win win situation for me!!!!
